My name is Magdalena Piekorz, I am a film and theatre director. I graduated from the K. Kieślowski Radio and Theatre Faculty in Katowice.
My greatest achievement is “The Welts”- a feature film based on the screenplay by Wojciech Kuczok (The Golden Lions at the 29th Film Festival in Gdynia as well as the Polish candidate for the 2005 Oscar award). Another one is a musical Oliver by Lionel Bart, running for many years at the Teatr Rozrywki theatre in Chorzów.
In my free time I read books, write poems and look for inspiration.
I like Italian cuisine, musicals, dogs, the sea and high heels.
